Reliance Jio has introduced the “Jio New Year Offer 2024” for prepaid users. This is a revamped version of the Rs 2,999 Happy New Year annual plan that was available last year. Jio has increased the validity of the plan from 365 days to 389 days, without changing any other benefits. This means that customers who opt for this plan will pay less per day, from Rs 8.21 to Rs 7.70.

The Rs 2,999 prepaid plan from Jio offers unlimited 4G (2.5GB/day highspeed data and thereafter unlimited data at 64Kbps) or 5G data (depending on whether or not you’ve signed up for Jio’s true 5G test and the network is available to you).

The plan also includes unlimited national calls in-home and roaming, 100 national SMS/day in-home and roaming, and a complimentary subscription to Jio Apps. The Jio New Year Offer 2024 is valid on or after December 20, 2023, but the end date is not specified. Also, the offer is only applicable for the Rs 2,999 annual plan at this point.
